Once entered, your supporter code removes the "Donate" button from WizTree.

License pricing depends on your organization's total headcount, not just the number of people actually using WizTree.
Larger organizations are simply better positioned to pay more. Each location (site) where the software runs needs its own separate license.


Organizations with more than 100 staff at a single location should purchase an Enterprise License.
Organizations with more than 100 staff spread across multiple locations should purchase an Enterprise Multi Site License.

Choose the license type that fits your needs, then enter your email address and business name. These fields can stay blank if you're paying via PayPal, since your PayPal name and email will be linked to the supporter code automatically. They're required if you pay with Stripe or AliPay. Click "PAY WITH PAYPAL," "PAY WITH STRIPE," or "PAY WITH ALIPAY" to buy your "supporter code." Once the transaction goes through, your supporter code will be sent to your email address.

You'll see your supporter code right in your browser as soon as the transaction finishes. If you paid with PayPal, just click the "Return to Antibody Software" link after checkout to view it, or if you used Stripe or AliPay, wait for the automatic redirect back to our site.

To activate your supporter code, open WizTree, press F12, and enter the code.

  • Licensing is priced according to your business size (staff count).
  • Each business site (physical location) needs its own supporter code license. If you operate from multiple sites, buy an additional license for each one.
  • One supporter code covers WizTree on all staff devices (PCs or laptops) at that site.
  • If your staff support clients outside your business (for example, you run an MSP) and you've bought a suitable supporter code license for their home site, they can install WizTree on client machines when needed, but only for your organization's own use. Clients who want WizTree for their own staff will need their own license. For techs visiting client sites in person, we suggest running a registered "portable" copy of WizTree from a USB drive instead of installing it on every device.
  • Supporter codes work with every WizTree version released within one year of your purchase date (free upgrades for 1 year).
  • Supporter codes never expire. You can keep using yours on any WizTree version released up to one year after purchase. Upgrading beyond that window requires a new supporter code.
  • Enterprise license holders get priority support.
  • Antibody Software never has access to your card details - PayPal or Stripe handles all payment processing.
  • Every supporter code purchase helps fund ongoing improvements to WizTree. Thanks for your support!

Every WizTree build carries a "version date" marking its official release, shown on the WizTree "About" tab. Your supporter code covers any version dated within one year of your purchase. This final valid version date also appears in WizTree's top right corner and on the "About" tab.

Upgrading is simple: download the newest version and install it over your current copy. Your supporter code license details stay intact.

Installing a version dated more than one year after your purchase means your supporter code won't validate it. In that case, install an earlier version instead or buy a new supporter code.

Order confirmation emails can take up to two hours to arrive after processing. Check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it, since spam filters sometimes catch these messages. If you use a service requiring manual sender approval, such as Spam Arrest, allow up to one business day.
